DB Museum

The heart of the DB Railway Museum is an exhibition landscape on the history of the railway in Germany. The walking tour- over 2,500 m2 on two stories - covers two centuries, including all their technological and economic, political and cultural aspects.

Pictures of the railway - Graphic Arts from the 19th century

This special exhibition shows such depicitions of the world of railways from the 19th century. These graphic arts were mostly made from woodcuts and relief stamping and are here put in contrast to photography - so modern times meets ancient ones.

The "KIBALA"

When the signals show green light, the KIBALA-Express goes round and all children are invited to get on the train going through tunnels and over bridges. Tthe children may get off at train stations and explore the different stations which  invite them to play, dress up or to solve riddles.
